Refund and Returns Policy

At MedcareRider, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, including in its original packaging. Both opened and unopened items are eligible for a refund, as well as items that are damaged upon receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the item, include your proof of purchase, and mail the return to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 5 business days, and depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take an additional 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Please contact our customer service for more information on non-returnable items.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected]. We will assist you in replacing the product with another item of the same value.
